My name is Martin Capps - I am a UKCP registered gestalt psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor and have trained at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation, The Metanoia Institute and The Centre for Supervision and Team Development in counselling, psychotherapy and supervision. I work near Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire and in St Andrews, Bristol

I work with both individuals and couples, in the Herefordshire and Gloucestershire areas, either on an open-ended basis or for a mutually agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I also have extensive experience in working with groups.

In addition to helping people explore themselves and increase awareness, I am experienced in helping with:

Location
My practice is just outside Ross-On-Wye, Herefordshire and within easy reach of Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Monmouthshire. Birmingham, Bristol, Newport, and Cardiff are all about an hour's drive away or less. I also work weekly in St Andrew's, Bristol.

If you decide after contacting me that you are interested in having psychotherapy, I can offer an initial session where you can explore, in complete confidence, any issue that is troubling you. It is an opportunity for me to find out a little about you and for you to see whether you feel comfortable working with me as a therapist. If we decide to work together, we then agree a suitable time and day for us to meet, usually once a week. My fee is £50 per session or £60 for couples. I have a limited number of reduced price sessions available.
